Vegan Vatoz Casa De’ Tacos

This food truck is awesome! Today was the first time I tried them and I'm so happy I did. The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service and hospitality is outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I got their steak and egg burrito which was absolutely huge! I didn't realize it was double asada and eggs, hash browns, pico, guacamole, sour cream and salsa verde!! I definitely was in a food coma afterwards cuz I didn't want to waste any of it! I will definitely be back!

Incredible authentic food, I’ve been vegetarian my whole life and this is some of the best! Will be coming back regularly! Service was great as well, respectful and funny, let us know it would take a second to catch up on orders and then took our order, not that long of a wait for good food and supporting a business.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I’m not Vegan but these guys could definitely sway me. The tacos were amazing and full of flavor. Spoke with the guys running it and super friendly and love what they are doing. Love IT

As a 10+ year vegan it's hard to find restaurants with delicious food. At some point you get good at making your own things and going out is disappointing. However, vatos is one of those places we choose to spend our $ on because its tastes can't be replicated at home. Their vegan proteins are so well done. Love their carne asada and al pastor the most. Their salsa is worth the extra $$ as well. The burritos are too big for me to eat but my husband goes to town! The food is ready in a reasonable amount of time. Go save a tree/animal and eat there, you won't be disappointed. I rate this place way higher than Chicana Vegana in Fullerton.

Just like the name implies, this is an all vegan food truck, mainly Mexican cuisine. If you're vegan/ plant- based and you're craving some good Mexican food, then you have to give it a try! I should point out that they have moved locations! Currently (s I'm leaving this review) they're located on 10368 Diana Avenue, which is where most food trucks are, across the street from the Galleria Tyler Mall. Burritos are a better value for your money, since one burrito is 2-3 servings. But their tacos are very good too. Most proteins available do contain pea protein, if that concerns you, but most things are made in-house, so no worries about vegan brands that you don't like here. Sweet owners and they cook- to- order, so although your food will be nice and fresh, you will have to wait 15-30 minutes for you food. I do believe you can place pick up orders, so try it when you have plenty of time or call ahead of you're tight on time!

I would not bother to stop here, ordered the “best sellers” and they did not live up to my expectations. The nachos were saggy and dripping oil, and nothing in it or in the breakfast burrito were memorable. But the guac portion was bigger than expected, probably the only reasonably good!

Fantastic! I got the asada tacos with avocado salsa, they were amazing. I took some to my coworkers and they could not even tell it was vegan. 10/10 would recommend! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!
